Pets Personality
Every pet has their own unique personality. Here’s a few stories shared by fellow pet lovers. Each pet is unique as a petal on a flower. Please comment below with your own story about your Pets Personality.
Muffin – Crystal Green
My dog is quite unique in the fact that she knows when and how to calm my mood swings. I work from home as a customer service representative, and when she hears my tone of voice change to being angry she will literally sit up and start kissing me till she hears it go back to a normal tone. That has saved my tail end so many times in my line of work. She will NOT let me start working without her being on my lap either. She knows her job and does it well.
Muffin is a miniature Yorkie. She is such a snob that she doesn’t have any toys that she likes. I have basically had her since she was born because my brother-in-law had her and at the time they lived less than 200 yards away. So, I got to spend time with her daily from the time she could be picked up. We bonded instantly, and we are possessive over each other.

Arlo Nabar – Supriya Nabar
My dog is a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. He is 16 pounds but has a huge personality. He is energetic and loves to bite into things whether toys, books or anything else he can find. He loves his food and is fascinated when I am cooking in the kitchen. Arlo loves to be involved with what is going on with the family and also loves to go out. When he meets other dogs, he waits and watches to make his move.
Dog’s Name – Arlo Nabar; Age -2 years; Loves Chicken and Rice, Lamb and Oatmeal. Occasionally he will have a strawberries, blueberries or apple slices. His favorite toys is Scooby Doo and also a champagne toy bottle. Arlo knows that when he goes for walks he is not supposed to eat anything from the road. Sometimes he will hide the leaf or whatever he has picked up under his tongue so that I cannot find it. Arlo was purchased from a breeder in Pennsylvania. If he doesn’t get his way he sulks and is in brooding mood.

Reilly – Conni LeFon
My 15 lb schnorky has never known that he’s a small dog. Reilly was a VERY alert watchdog until he reached his senior years, and now his job is to sleep soundly as much as possible. One night I was just getting into bed when I heard my mom, who was visiting for the weekend, begin shrieking. I bolted out of my room and saw her standing on the front porch screaming Reilly’s name. Reilly was having a showdown with a mama bear in our front yard! He was about 20 feet away and barking furiously. Mama bear was on her back legs looking at him trying to decide whether to laugh at him or have him for a snack. I had to hold my mom’s arm to keep her from going after Reilly while I called his name. I finally got his attention, and he came up on the porch, then I shooed everyone safely inside. Mama and Baby bear went around to the back of the house and had dinner out of our trash cans. Whew!
Reilly was born on February 27, 2005. We adopted him from a breeder in Danville, VA. He’s named after Radar O’Reilly from the TV show M*A*S*H, and he used to hear things we couldn’t just like Radar. He’s had many favorite toys through the years, but I guess his favorites were his little teddy bears that he would cuddle as he went to sleep – we would replace them every year after they were loved to death. He was known for his ability to bounce on his hind legs. Though he’s a small dog he could reach over our waist height when he was really excited. He also barked at almost all men, but never at women – we never could figure out why.
