Creation Museum – Kentucky
My favorite part of the Creation Museum was the beautiful bridge outside by the lake surrounding the Creation Museum. When we visited in May there were bushes of white flowers blooming near the lake and creating picturesque reflections in the water.
Inside the Creation Museum my favorite scene is the library with books filled with knowledge. The insect exhibit was also cool to look at with unusual looking bugs and insects. The museum also has lots of education movies to watch, but we didn’t have time to explore these since I was focused on taking photos during our vacation.
They gave us free samples of fudge. I got a chocolate chip mint ice cream in a waffle cone to cool off from the summer heat. I should have taken a photo of it, but I ate it too quickly. There is outdoor animal encounter area with goats, sheep, and cows where you can feed and pet the animals.
The Creation Museum had several souvenir penny machines and I got one with a butterfly. They have combo tickets with the Ark Encounter and we visited it later in the week.
I’m working on visiting all 50 states and Kentucky is the 32 state that I have visited. So only 18 more to go. Then I start on visiting the countries of the world.
